The Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a strategic executive responsible for leading enterprise-wide information technology and analytics at WellSpan Health. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the CIO ensures that technology and data-driven insights support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, business transformation and ensure enablement of WellSpan's strategic vision and plan.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare IT, analytics, or digital transformation.
Expertise in Healthcare IT: Strong knowledge of EHRs (Epic preferred), enterprise analytics, cybersecurity, AI/ML applications, and digital health innovations.
Strategic & Transformational Leadership: Proven experience in leading large-scale IT and analytics initiatives in a complex, multi-hospital health system.
Financial & Vendor Management: Experience managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and enterprise technology investments.
