Senior Director Oracle Strategy

Location: WellSpan Health, York, PA
Schedule: Full Time

General Summary

Leads the ongoing strategic delivery, optimization and education of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for managing a cross-functional team of Business Technology Leads, driving alignment between technology and business objectives. The Senior Director has deep ERP expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in healthcare environments. This position plays a critical role in shaping the future of Oracle Fusion and will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, IT and other key stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads the delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, including Finance, HCM, SCM/Procurement, and Payroll/UKG.
  • Partners with business leaders to translate strategic goals into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Drives continuous improvement and optimization of ERP systems and processes.
  • Leads program administration, change management, and enablement initiatives to drive system adoption and foster continuous innovation.
  • Provides executive-level reporting and insights on program performance and outcomes.
  • Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and data governance standards.
  • Oversees and inspires a high-performing team of Business Technology Leads, Education and Enablement resources, and the Program Administrator to deliver measurable business value through technology enablement and process innovation.
  • Inspires and directs solution delivery professionals to embrace innovation, uphold accountability, and deliver excellence.
  • Oversees the Oracle Fusion delivery roadmap, ensuring governance, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise goals to maximize business value.
  • Develops governance frameworks and best practices for ERP sustainment and support, aligning with IT and organization change management practices (technical and operational).
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Stays current with Oracle Fusion updates and industry trends to help drive solution strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Degree In Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Information Technology or other applicable Bachelors Degree. Required
  • Masters Degree In Business Administration or other applicable Masters Degree. Preferred

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years Experience working in ERP, Information Systems, or related fields and Project Management experience. Required and
  • Experience managing and facilitation of cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and managing large scale business transformational projects. Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to successfully develop staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
