Provides clinical rheumatology professional services to patients and serves as an instructor in the Department of Medicine.

Summary

  • Role is split between two practice locations: Adams Health Center (Gettysburg) and WellSpan Health Campus - Building 2 (Chambersburg)
  • Opportunity for a BC/BE Rheumatologist to serve an established practice
  • Provides 100% adult rheumatology with a broad spectrum of diseases

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required and
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Upon Hire Required and
  • Certification of Added Competency in Rheumatology. Upon Hire Required and
  • Completion of an Internal Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required and
  • Fellowship in Rheumatology. Upon Hire Required and
  • Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required

  • Teaching skills.

Established in 1800, Adams County includes the borough of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
