Radiologic Technician - York Hospital- Day/Evening/Nights
Full-Time Day/Evening/Night
Job Description:
Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor and Radiologist, performs routine radiographic procedures at the beginner skill level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs radiographic examinations.
- Schedules cases to coordinate with other patient examinations.
- Positions and transfers patients safely and comfortably and explains basic procedure.
- Immobilizes patients as necessary and practices radiation safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited program in radiologic technology
- Registry eligible; must pass National ARRT exam within 1 year of hire
- 1 - 3 months experience required
