THIS APPLICATION IS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE COVID VACCINE FOR INTERNAL STAFF IN THE CENTRAL REGION- YORK HOSPITAL York, PA and SURGERY & REHAB HOSPITAL York, PA

Vaccination PODs Schedule - Monday through Saturday, 6:00 am - 4:00pm (can work 5 hr. shifts)

Temporary Position/Assignment  4 - 6 months

 

Job Description:

This application is to support the Employee Health team with the administration of the COVID vaccine to internal employees within the designated region. Hours dedicated to this effort would be outside the schedule of your primary role.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education:
    • M.D.; D.O.
    • Nurse Practitioner - Master's Degree
    • Physician Assistant - Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree Preferred
  • Req Cert/Registration
    • Physicians - Licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in Pennsylvania; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 
    • Nurse Practitioner - Registration and current license as CRNP in PA; board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification; CPR certification
    • Physician Assistant - NCCPA(National Commission on Certification of PA's) certification; CPR certification
  • Physical Demands:
    • Frequent prolonged standing/walking
    • Manual dexterity and mobility
    • Occasionally lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients
  • Skills:
    • OtherAdministrative skills
