Personnel Logistics Coordinator - Full-time 12/8hr Flex (day/evening/night) - Chambersburg Hospital

12-hour or 8-hour shift assignments working days/evenings/nights as needed. Work schedule includes weekend and holiday rotation.

i.e. three 12-hour shifts; two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts, three 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift (hours worked per week may vary between 36-40 hours and total 80 hours per pay period)

 

Position Function: Manages human resources predominantly through the function of staffing, scheduling, and immediate response to patient census and other work volume shifts. Manages timekeeping identifying trends and recommending interventions to effectively manage cost and maximize employee satisfaction and resource utilization.

 

Education:

A: Formal Education and Training-- Associate Degree in business, secretarial science or healthcare or equivalent experience required.

B: Informal or Continuing Education--Evidence of continuing education in workload management and/or computer applications.

 

Experience: Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required. Minimum of three years of healthcare administrative experience in an administrative support and/or staffing position preferred. Basic computer skills required. Experience with Word, Excel, and Kronos software preferred.
