WellSpan Health is an integrated health system that serves the communities of central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. The organization is comprised of a multispecialty medical group of more than 1,200 providers, a home care organization, six respected hospitals, more than 17,000 employees and 160 patient care locations.

Consistently recognized by IMS Health as one of the Top 100 Integrated Health Networks in the United States, WellSpan has been recognized by Health Imaging and IT as one of the nation’s “Top 25 Connected Healthcare Facilities.”

Wellspan’s currently seeking a fellowship trained, board certified PRN Radiation Oncologist.  To avoid unnecessary travel, our plan is to hire a physician to cover the “East” facilities.  All are single practice centers with external beam linear accelerators.

The physician’s work hours will be spent covering vacations/CME time at either the Ephrata Cancer Center in Lancaster County or the Sechler Family Cancer Center in Lebanon.

WellSpan Radiology employs 33 physicians including 10 radiation oncologists.  Consistently supported by hospital administration, finance and IT, WellSpan Radiology enjoys low turnover.

If you value a strong sense of community and the more palatable pace of a suburban workplace, you’ll realize the advantages of considering WellSpan Health as part of your future.  Successful candidates can expect a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

For consideration, please present your CV to Ann Reid, Physician Recruiter @ areid2@wellspan.org or 717-812-4377.
