WellSpan Health, a sophisticated medical community in south central Pennsylvania, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our highly respected Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, PA. WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital has been serving the community for over 125 years and is noted for its distinct ability to combine medical technology with the friendly, personalized care the community has come to expect.

About the Position:
- Must be certified as a Nurse Anesthetist
- Available shifts include 8s or 10s w/ call
- Successful candidate must be able to provide care to all ages
- Provide services in the Operating Room: General, Orthopedic, Urology, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, etc.
- Work with an established team of experienced CRNAs


Competitive compensation package includes:
- Salary commensurate with experience - $250K starting for new grads
- Signing incentives up to $125K
- PTO bridging based on years of experience
- 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $4,500 CME allowance
- 6 paid holidays
- Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability
- Retirement plan with WellSpan contribution up to 6%

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Masters Degree Required

Work Experience:

  • 1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
  • Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and
  • Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
