Hours: 8am - 4:30pm w/ weekend on-call required

General Summary
Working as part of a leadership team, is responsible for delivery, efficiency and effectiveness of patient care services delivered by the assigned Branch/Program. Provides supervision and direction for Home Health/Hospice Clinical Supervisors and participates in activities relevant to the patient services provided. Develops and manages staff and fiscal resources to ensure that high quality, cost effective patient care services are delivered in an efficiently operated system. Assists in evaluation of current service delivery, identifying strategic service needs, and participating in the planning, development and implementation of new programs. May assume the functions of the VNA Director-Clinical Operations in his/her absence, as delegated.
