Family Physician- Mifflinburg

WellSpan's is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Physician to join our family medicine practice in charming Mifflinburg, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established practice with a well-developed patient panel. You'll have the chance to immediately engage with a dedicated patient base with the help of long-term staff.

What you can expect at your practice:

• Join 2 seasoned APPs and long-term, dedicated staff who know the patients
• Walk into an already established patient panel
• Located in a shared building with physical therapy and on-site labs
• 4-day, full-time work week available with day off mid-week
• Excellent call schedule shard with large PC group: weekly call is 5-6x a year

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
