WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in south central Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time faculty member to join our teaching staff. Our Family Medicine Residency Program has maintained a 30-year long tradition in excellence in education.
WellSpan now utilizes DAX – Dragon Ambient eXperience in our Primary Care practices. DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record for the provider.
Position Highlights:
- Join 10 collegial faculty members practicing full-spectrum family medicine and OB
- We are a 7-7-7 community hospital residency fully integrated into WellSpan GME programs
- The current program is fully accredited by ACGME along with Osteopathic Recognition
- Position offers lifestyle flexibility, professional development and leadership support
- Duties to include outpatient clinic, OB call, precepting residents and medical students, and scholarly activities
- Board certification required and leadership skills preferred
