Seeking qualified candidates for our Housekeeping and Food Service positions at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital and WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital.

Job Description:
Under direct supervision, provides transportation/courier services. Performs a variety of clerical duties as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following are essential job accountabilities:
1. Provides courier services between designated sites.
2. Provides transportation of outpatients to System facilities, as required.
3. Refuels vehicle; ensures proper operation and maintenance of vehicle.
4. May deliver medications to patients' homes.
The following are common expectations:
5. Maintains appropriate records, reports, and files as required.
6. Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards.
7. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
The following are nonessential job accountabilities for ADA purposes:
8. Attends meetings as required.
9. Performs other related duties as identified.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education High School or G.E.D.
Minimum Experience Up to 1 month
Physical Demands Moderate physical effort (lift/carry 11 to 25 lbs)
Lifts supplies/equipment
Working Conditions Subject to a variety of driving hazards
Other Must possess a valid driver’s license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
