General Summary
Leads WellSpan's industry-leading population health data analytics team and serves as a strategy lead in Clinical Value Transformation (CVT) and waste reduction throughout the WellSpan Health system and WellSpan Provider Network. The Director will work with service line leaders, independent practices, and colleagues from Finance, Quality, and others to facilitate adoption of clinical best practices aligning CVT initiatives with broader organizational priorities, including operational effectiveness, quality improvement, patient safety, and the patient/family experience. Central to this role will be continual assessment, development, monitoring, management, and maximization of WellSpan's population health data analytics resources to meet system strategies and operations needs. This leader will be instrumental in developing and maintaining sustainable operational structures that advance clinical transformation initiatives, aligning resources and practices to achieve measurable clinical and financial outcomes. This position is responsible for ensuring that CVT efforts are fully integrated into the system's operational framework, with accountability for both annual strategic goals and fiscal outcomes. Key to success in this role will be fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the health system, including working closely with service line leaders and independent practices to reduce clinical variation, optimize resource utilization, and standardize best practices across the network.
