The Plain Communities Outpatient Clinic (formerly Green Pasture Outpatient) is a service of Philhaven to the Plain Community. First opened in August of 2005, the clinic provides multiple levels of service to individuals living at the Green Pasture residence and in the community.
The clinic provides high quality mental health care that is sensitive to the values of the Plain Community. The clinic offers both talk therapy, education and medication therapy treatments according to the needs of the family and individual. Active communication and coordination between the psychiatrist, therapists and Green Pasture residence staff ensures that treatment is responsive to the needs of the individual.

We value the role of the faith community in providing unconditional love and supportive encouragement to those in need. We seek to partner with the ministry, the family and ultimately with Christ in providing compassionate care to those experiencing mental or emotional distress.
Goals
Our primary goal at the Plain Communities Outpatient Clinic is to return individuals to their community with the ability to think clearly, love others and take part in meaningful work by providing mental health care to residents of Green Pasture and individuals who do not need the structure of the residence
