General Summary:


Under general supervision, performs data entry, screen and table maintenance, and installation and troubleshooting of applications. Responds to user calls, performs testing, and provides on-call support as required for document imaging systems. Scope of Influence: Works with Advanced and Senior Applications Systems Analysts, Manager/Program Manager or Project Manager on specific project tasks.



Duties and Responsibilities:


1 Maintains and troubleshoots applications, timely and completely.
2 Responds to users calls and requests - provides routine status and follow-up information to callers, routes and escalates to other teams or team members as appropriate.
3 Develops testing scripts and tests application functions.
4 Works in some phases of system analysis of business and user needs.
5 Prepares status reports on tasks assigned.
6 Collaborates with vendors to ensure ticket resolutions


Required Skills


Minimum Experience

6 - 12 months experience with document imaging systems. (Hyland Onbase, Lexmark, ImageNow Preferred) 




Min Field Of Expertise

Basic healthcare and/or analyst experience in healthcare setting or with application(s) assigned to support




Other Able to work well in a Team Environment.

Able to accept responsibility.

Basic knowledge of specialty areas and willingness to supplement knowledge with combined classroom/online and on-the-job training and mentoring. Analytical skills.

Communication skills - written and verbal.

Demonstrates basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Must be willing to work as part of the On Call Team in a rotation. 

Required Experience

Minimum Education

2 years of college or equivalent

Certification in Onbase (Preferred but not required)
