WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Hospitalist team in Lancaster County. The organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 220 care locations, eight hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. WellSpan is a team of 2,000 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers committed to transforming the health of the communities we serve and educating medicine's next generation of physicians, advanced practice providers and leaders.

 

About the Practice

  • Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. block scheduling (seven shifts) 
  • Providers will co-manage 100+ patients with the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider 1:1 model
  • While working alongside Physician, APP will be responsible for co-managing care for patients in Behavioral Health, Acute Rehab, Observation, and Medical-Surgical units
  • Extra annual incentive offered to Nocturnists
