We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Heart Failure Cardiology team in York, PA.

What you can expect at your practice:

Enjoy a well-balanced lifestyle: (4) 10-hour shifts
Provide comprehensive care to patients with heart failure in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide patient and family education
Monitor and manage patients with LVADs, cardiac devices, and those undergoing evaluation for advanced heart failure therapies

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

1 year Required

Licenses:

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
