Advanced Practice Clinician Director - .25 FTE

 

 About the Position

  • Support Medical Group’s vision of a strong Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) leadership structure across the system.
  • Provides leadership for APCs and works with Medical Group to determine future direction and strengthen APC leadership structure across WMG.
  • Chairs APC Representation group to coordinate, disseminate and implement the work of sub-committees for APC role promotion, legislation and compliance, mentoring and precepting, clinical practice and recruitment.
  • Stays informed on regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Serves as member of WMG leadership committees, i.e., compensation committee, Leadership Council, etc.

Required Skills

Must have a Master's degree and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.  Must possess a Pennsylvania CRNP or PA license.
