General Summary
Provides oversight of the daily functions and responsibilities of the WARM Support Technicians. Works with the WARM Line Technicians, WellSpan providers, and with community stakeholders in five counties to provide telephone support and assistance with resources and referrals for individuals affected by addiction, and contributes to the coordination, management and expansion of addiction services for the system.
