General Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Director-Connected Health, collaborates with clinical departments using telehealth to coordinate operational, business and technical support. Works closely with the Connected Health Project Manager(s) to transition new programs from implementation to operations. Works with the clinical department managers to ensure ongoing program operations and assists in business analysis and process improvement. Defines, measures and reports appropriate metrics; manages quality improvement programs; provides ongoing recommendations on improving telehealth workflows and processes; and manages implementation of changes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1   Coordinates operations of Connected Health programs across multiple departments.

2   Analyzes workflow and establishes standard consent, scheduling, documentation, coding, and billing practices across multiple Connected Health programs.

3   Provides consulting support including business, technical, and operations for departments using Connected Health programs.

4   Prepares documentation for, and provides implementation and on-going training as required.

5   Monitors daily activity, resolves problems, develops new methodologies and interfaces with vendors in developing solutions to problems and submitting enhancement requests with subsequent follow up.

6   Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements.

7   Researches availability of other internal and external database sources to ensure most current and complete information is available to appropriate departments and managers.

8   Ensures that knowledge gained from project experience is reused in subsequent projects


Required Skills

 Minimum Education:    Associate's Degree

Preferred Education :   Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience :  5 - 8 years



Required Experience

Business administration,

Healthcare systems analysis, and project/team leadership.

Healthcare administration, telehealth, and technical experience preferred
