From day one, the Technologist will utilize their lab experience to provide diverse testing and procedural function while building relationships with peers; as we continue to develop as the largest healthcare network in South Central PA.
10 Hours per week
10:30am to 7:00pm Scheduled Weekday Shift
2:30pm to 11:00pm Weekend Rotation
General Summary:
Under the general supervision, The Technologist performs a variety of technical and general duties at an advanced skill level. Functions in one or more laboratory division. Functions independently with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs routine and/or specialized testing and procedures with supervision as appropriate. Including bench testing for blood bank, chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, molecular and gram stain
Performs quality control and instrument check procedures and maintains related records.
Performs surveys and does comparative analyses of work units

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience
2 - 3 years technologist (Medical Lab Scientist) experience
Req Cert/Registration
Experienced certified generalist or categorical certification (e.g., MLT(ASCP), HT(ASCP), MT (ASCP), etc.)
