Job Description:
Under general supervision, provides top level technical expertise in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Provides technical leadership on complex projects. Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for enterprise-wide computerized business solutions. Uses an advanced application of concepts and techniques with a high degree of system and problem complexity. Helps to coordinate projects, schedules and development initiatives within and across teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
- Provides technical leadership on complex projects.
- Designs, codes, tests and debugs complex computer systems.
- Interacts with project managers, application teams, customers and vendors through all phases of installation of departmental and enterprise-wide systems.
- Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis and design.
- Acts as a mentor to Systems Analysts and provides input to their evaluations.
- Assists management with decisions regarding departmental technical direction.
- Coordinates and contributes to strategic projects and to the overall technical architecture
- Coordinates projects across teams
- Coordinates research projects into new and leading-edge technologies
- Produces documentation relative to the coordination of projects.
Qualifications

- Other combinations of formal education, training and experience may be considered.

- Minimum Experience:
- More than 8 years
- C# Development
- EDI integration
- ERP/Supply Chain Knowledge
- Lawson is a plus
- Oracle OIC and FBDI is a mjor plus
- Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Field Of Expertise:
- Applications systems analysis/programming
- Skills:
- Possess top level technical skills & knowledge in application systems analysis & programming
