The Senior Specialist, Innovation, Design, under the supervision of the Director, Innovation, Creative Services, performs diversified duties to contribute to creative projects. The Senior Specialist collaborates daily with development colleagues and collaborates regularly with Innovation Products & Resources, Digital Properties, Productions and Project teams.


Responsible for:

  • Visual Design & UI/UX: Creates internal and external digital interfaces (websites, applications, touchscreens, etc.), multimedia advertising, communications, presentations, etc. Provides art direction to Specialists
  • Marketing & Advertising: Concepts and delivers creative for marketing and advertising needs across all mediums (TV, digital video, digital display, OOH, etc.)
  • Communication: Communicates design concepts and deliverables, obtains and applies design deliverable feedback, anticipates client needs and identifies new opportunities
  • Collaboration: Works as part of the innovation team at various points in the innovation process (planning, research, synthesis, design, prototyping and production)


Must have:

  • Visual design and UI/UX skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software and tools used to design for the entire landscape of mediums
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • At least five years of applicable design experience including knowledge of user interface best practices and heuristics on desktop and mobile devices
  • A four-year degree
  • Ability to work from home or in an office depending on the needs of a project
  • Ability to periodically travel
  • Legal authorization to live and work in the United States
