Job Description:

Under general supervision, formulates/defines specifications for complex server side software and service oriented architecture (SOA) that enables rapid development of WellSpan solutions. Responsible for design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs as well as database design. Has full technical knowledge to work on all phases of web service development and database design/implementation. Also has duties instructing, directing and checking the work of other software developers. Acts as project leader for projects with small budgets or limited duration. You will integrate a wide range of WellSpan services and deliver them to custom user experiences on many web enabled devices.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Designs, codes, tests and debugs complex software systems.
  2. Meets with users and vendors to determine specifications of particular integration needs.
  3. Writes programs to meet project specifications and scope.
  4. Prepares technical documentation for each program written and process automated.
  5. Interacts with users and vendors through various phases of design, implementation, and maintenance.
  6. Plans, conducts and supervises small, short-term projects.
  7. Maintains proficiency in WellSpan adopted SOA technologies.
  8. Maintains proficiency in WellSpan adopted database technologies.
  9. Maintains proficiency in web browser technology

 

Qualifications

  • Notes:
    • Other combinations of formal education, training and experience may be considered.

 

  • Minimum Experience:
    • 3+ years of development experience using .net and Angular
    • c#.net
    • Angular 
    • SQL Server
    • View.js preferred
    • ASP.net
    • MVC
    • JavaScript
    • TypeScript

 

  • Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

 

  • Required Courses:
    • Computer science
