General Summary:

We are looking for a great team player who would bring both functional and technical skills to our team, contributing to the development, implementation and support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The Sr. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Analyst will be a member of the Financial Systems team working closely with Finance and other business teams to support the ERP implementation, ongoing development, analysis, and user support needs. This is a hands-on role and the ideal candidate should have prior experience in this role and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done rather than always being instructed.  This resource will serve as the subject matter expert for the staff team members and reports to the Manager – Financial IT Systems ERP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oracle ERP Cloud experience in multiple modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expenses, Grants, Projects, Cash Management, Leases, Enterprise Contracts and Financial Consolidation.
  • Strong functional knowledge of and technical skills using Oracle Cloud ERP are required.
  • Improve process flow and user documentation for different Oracle related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency.
  • Assists with business process re-engineering, financial data structure redesign and related business rule updates to enable an efficient implementation and adoption of best practices.
  • Contributes to the development of test cases, user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively work with others
  • Strong problem solver that is proactive and customer-focused when delivering and supporting solutions.
  • Proven background with systems support providing direct contact with users to resolve issues with financial business applications.
  • Work with Oracle support by opening Service Requests and implementing solutions
  • Ability to make decisions at the project team level, and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
  • Ability to support system upgrades and enhancements with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent environments.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms
  • Solid documentation and organization skills – ability to take complex requirements and efficiently summarize them into actionable items. 
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Works cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement in operational performance.
  • Partner with key super users to develop and evolve the applications within the suite while ensuring a stable, productive environment.
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Previous Healthcare/Hospital experience a plus
  • Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
  • Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.



  Minimum Education:      Bachelor’s Degree, Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Information Technology

  Preferred Education:     Master’s Degree, Business Administration

  Minimum Experience:    2-4 years’ experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and all available modules


  Physical Demands         Mostly sedentary work

  Working Conditions       Occasional travel

  Skills: Preferred:           Experience participating in at least one ERP system implementation. One or more certifications in Oracle ERP products


 Skills: Other:                 Great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess strong public speaking skills.


  Skills: Nice to Have:      Knowledge of Oracle EPM products/processes
