Position Summary:

General Summary:


Assists personnel and customers in the evaluation, set-up, instruction, repair of medical equipment and/or specialized devices. May also engage in some or all of the following: ordering necessary parts/supplies, verifying shipments are complete and accurate and conducting phone follow-ups.




Duties and Responsibilities:



   1   Performs PAP setups as ordered; ensures equipment is functioning properly; does trouble shooting of equipment when necessary.

   2   Consults with clinical staff when needed.

   3   Performs follow-up and other related phone calls.

   4   PAP mask fittings.

   5   Performs and processes PAP downloads.

   6   Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.

   7   Documents and maintains appropriate records, reports, and files as required.

Required Skills


Minimum Education            

High School or G.E.D.           



Minimum Experience           

Medical field experience, preferably in Home Medical Equipment

Ability to operate office equipment (computer, fax, copier, phone)
