Job Description:

Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, therapist, or therapist assistant, performs general, non-technical duties. Assists therapists and/or therapist assistants in preparing patients for therapy, treating patients, gathering supplies and regular cleaning of treatment spaces.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assists all staff with other tasks.  Ask team members if assistance is needed.
  2. Responsible for the care and maintenance of department/entity equipment and supplies.
  3. Answers telephones, routes callers, takes messages and provides routine information to callers.
  4. Performs related duties such as photocopying, as well as other duties assigned.
  5. Attends meetings as required.
  6. Performs other related duties as identified.
 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education:
    • High School or G.E.D.
  • Required Certification:
    • BLS certification
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 1 - 3 months
  • Notes:
    • Other combinations of formal education, training and experience may be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management. Willing/able to drive in varying weather conditions and in urban/rural settings.
