30 Hours per week (3x10 hour shifts)

General Summary:


Under general supervision, performs a variety of tests and studies related to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep-related breathing disorders according to established standards and practices.


Duties and Responsibilities:


The following are essential job accountabilities:
1 Schedules, performs and evaluates the technical validity of overnight sleep studies, nocturnal pulse oximetry, and other
related studies.
2 Sets up and applies polysomnographic monitoring devices, ensuring patient safety and accurate test results.
3 Provides summary analysis/reports of all polysomnographic studies for physician review.
4 Instructs patient in the home use of therapeutic devices.

Associate's Degree



Minimum Experience           

1 - 2 years



Req Cert/Registration          

Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) in PA;

CPR certification
