Heart & Vascular Virtual Hiring Event
Position Function: Responsible for supervising the Phlebotomy department of the laboratory.
Qualifications and Standards
Education: Formal education and training: MLT (ASCP), graduate of an accredited phlebotomy program, or the equivalent work experience; demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology required.
Experience: Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required. Four years of phlebotomy and/or technical experience in a hospital environment required. Clinical supervisory experience required. Knowledge of Word and Excel or their equivalents.
Certifications/Licensure: Maintains Current CPR certification.
