The Rehab unit at WellSpan Surgery & Rehabilitation Hospital is a state of the art 48 bed unit, which includes 8 beds specializing in traumatic brain injury.  WellSpan Surgery & Rehabilitation Hospital combines modern innovations with highly-trained, compassionate staff to create individualized paths to healing and recovery.  Our Rehab unit has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International, which is considered the gold standard for rehabilitation hospitals.  Our facility meets rigorous national and international standards for quality patient care outcomes. We promote health and healing for our patient population by working as an interdisciplinary team focused on patient- centered care. Required Skills

HS Diploma or G.E.D.

CPR certification

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
