Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team WellSpan Health, an integrated health system serving central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, is comprised of a multispecialty medical group of more than 1,900 physicians and advanced practice providers, a regional behavioral health organization, a home care organization, eight respected hospitals, more than 20,000 employees, and 220 patient care locations.

About the Practice

  • Must be certified as a Nurse Anesthetist; experience preferred
  • Work with an established team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
  • Excellent work/life balance – Monday-Friday days, no call, no holidays, no weekends
  • Successful candidate must be able to provide care to all ages
  • Non-trauma hospital with approximately 30,000 visits/year

Competitive compensation package includes:

  • Salary commensurate with experience - $200K+ for new grads
  • Signing incentives up to $80K
  • PTO bridging based on years of experience
  • 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $3,500 CME allowance
  • 6 paid holidays
  • Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability
  • Retirement plan with WellSpan contribution up to 6%

Established in 1800, Adams County includes the borough of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
