We are seeking a full-time Day Hospital Program Manager for our Mt Gretna Adult Day Hospital Program.

General Summary:

The position manages the milieu, conducts individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions, performs primary case contact and management with family members and community agencies, and performs documentation related to caring for children and adolescents with mental health issues. This staff person assumes leadership of the administrative and clinical operations of the day hospital program when the manager uses benefit time.


Department Description:

The Child and Adolescent Day Hospital/Intensive Outpatient Programs are mental health treatment programs specifically designed to serve children ages 5 to 18 years of age who have a diagnosis of a mental health illness and who are experiencing serious to severe levels of emotional distress and significant impairment in their daily functioning. These programs are designed to deliver a high volume of therapeutic intervention in a relatively short period of time.

Required Experience

Master's degree required plus 3 years of mental health related work experience.
