Position Summary:

Invasive Cardiology Manager assists with planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities and functions of Invasive Heart and Vascular Services at Ephrata Community Hospital.


Duties and Responsibilities:

 1 Manages and coordinates administrative and technical functions of the Invasive Cardiology Department

 2 Consults with medical staff and other health care providers on matters relating to departmental functions and/or related services.

 3 Understands and incorporates Lean methodology to aspects of the department operations and entities. 

 4 Understands and makes recommendations for process improvement related to a variety of complex and detailed workflows.

 5 Leads and manages special projects associated with the role and/or Heart and Vascular Services.

 6 Coordinates departmental databases and reports and ensures that statistical data is maintained for administrative and regulatory purposes.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree 

2 - 3 years cath lab experience

Experience in cardiac catheterization laboratory

Registration and current RN license in PA or RCVT (Invasive Technology) or RRT or Radiology Technology

RN license preferred

ACLS certification

BLS Certification
