General Summary:

LPN provides safe, therapeutic and efficient care and services to patients. Functions as a member of the health care team at an intermediate nursing level to assist in the planning and implementation of patient care based upon sound nursing judgment, clinical preparation, knowledge, skills and experience. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. In addition, serves as a nursing resource for clinical staff and may serve as the key clinical contact in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator by providing support for clinical staff scheduling and competency oversight of clinicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Shown below is a listing of some common duties which include, but are not limited to:

  • DOT / Non-DOT Testing
  • Certified drug and alcohol screening (training will be provided)
  • Vaccine administration
  • Injury care
  • Audiograms
  • Spirometry
  • Blood draws
  • EKGs



Required Skills

Minimum Education:  Certificate of completion (degree or diploma) from an accredited LPN program

Minimum Experience: 1 – 2 years of previous clinical nursing experience

Previous Occupational Health experience is preferred.

Required Certification/Registration: Licensed Practical Nurse; BCLS certification.

Excellent interpersonal/communications skills; Self-motivated and dependable; Able to work independently

Required Experience

Travel will be required between the New Holland office and the Lebanon Office located at 912 Russell Drive
