Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the Manager, HR Systems & Projects, provides analytical support through various reporting methods to meet enterprise and HR business strategies, strategic vision and goals of the System. Collects statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes. Collects and participates in turnover/vacancy/retention and other employment related surveys. Processes a variety of complex personnel actions.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Using highly developed data structure modeling skills, performs audits, researches and develops reports, files, spreadsheets, documents, analytical tools and automated solutions and processes.
  2. Collects, maintains and audits statistical data for administrative, regulatory and federal purposes.
  3. Collects and participates in turnover/vacancy/retention and other employment related surveys.
  4. Provides technical support to HR operations.
  5. Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements.
  6. Processes changes in personnel status and inputs data into computer.
  7. Processes complex personnel changes into employee records and prepares reports and statistical summaries from the records.
  8. Prepares initial records for newly hired non-employees.
 

 

Qualifications

  • Notes:
    • Other combinations of formal education, training and experience may be considered.

 

  • Minimum Experience:
    • 3 - 5 years
    • Min Field of Expertise: Human Resources, database management

 

  • Minimum Education:
    • Associate's Degree

 

  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; advanced computer skills with ability to learn new computer applications; strong data structure modeling and data/database management skills; proficient in the use of Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and other data analysis and reporting tools; strong understanding of human resources information systems; knowledge of LAWSON HRIS preferred; able to work effectively with minimal supervision with all levels of staff and management to develop solutions to human resources issues; able to prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines
