Position Summary:

General Summary:



Under the direct supervision of the Hospitality Shop Manager serves every customer with professional and exceptional customer service.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Provides outstanding service to each and every customer.
2 Maintains inventory by efficient and accurate use of the POS system
3 Assists in achieving monthly/annual goals.
4 Maintains cleanliness and organization in the shop.
5 Answers the phone and assist customers with orders.
6 Attends and participate in special events and staff meetings.
7 Keeps an ample supply of balloons inflated at all times.
8 Restocks notions, candy, beverages, and snacks.
9 Takes deliveries to patients.
10 Assists with maintaining proper inventory and special orders.
11 Provide recommendations regarding appropriate use of space and shop appearance.

Required Experience

Minimum Education:


High School or G.E.D.



Minimum Experience:


1 - 3 months



Preferred Experience:


Customer Service, preferably retail experience
