General Summary

WellSpan is seeking a Family Physician to join our team of family and internal medicine physicians in York, PA. The family medicine practice has its own space and will be a team of three when fully staffed!

Position Highlights:

  • Enjoy your own private office in this large, spacious practice
  • Our FM practice recently relocated to optimize the space
  • Choose 20/40 or 15/30 appointment times
  • Full clinical team and 2 nursing offices to support you
  • All RNs and MAs can do blood draws
  • Practice is centrally located in York with convenient access to I-83
  • Epic utilized at all WellSpan locations

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
  • Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Administrative skills.
