Family Physician- Lancaster, PA

WellSpan is actively seeking a full-time, family physician to join our diverse outpatient practice in Manheim Township – top school district in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
WellSpan now utilizes DAX – Dragon Ambient eXperience in our Primary Care practices. DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record for the provider.
Position Highlights:
- Provide outpatient care along with 3 other providers at our growing practice in Lancaster
- See pediatrics to geriatrics at our culturally diverse practice
- Option of a 4- or 5-day work week
- Call is minimal and shared with a collegial group of providers
- Lab, imaging and physical therapy on site
- Bilingual Spanish a plus, many of the staff are bilingual
- Staff being trained on phlebotomy
