General Summary:


The Director, Marketing, under the supervision of and accountable to the Senior Director, Marketing, performs diversified duties to manage, nurture and grow the Marketing team. The Director is a member of the Division Leadership Team and collaborates regularly with leaders across the department and organization, including Service Lines, Communications, etc.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Leads a team by using lean principles; and high-performance operating, customer service, strategic planning and growth-mindset methods

Ensures the quality and timely delivery of advertising support, tactical marketing, and growth marketing strategies

Provides creative concept development, project planning, execution and problem-solving

Integrates appropriate brand, media, digital and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies

Communicates project status and deliverables, obtains and applies deliverable feedback, anticipates client needs and identifies new opportunities

Fosters collaboration with other departments and vendors

Mentors colleagues within the innovation team and beyond. Serves the organization as a preeminent expert on innovation-related subjects like digital/connected health, human-centered design, digital marketing, modern advertising strategies, marketing automation, etc.

Grows and manages an expert team of marketers

Is accountable for the experience of working with the Marketing team and the overall quality of the Marketing team deliverables




Bachelors Degree

8-10 years of Marketing experience 

Understanding of the modern marketing mix 

Creative Marketing professional with an understanding of cutting edge technology
