Director, Digital Health - Service Lines
Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator, Service Line Special Projects and Transformation, the Director works closely with service line and operational leadership to promote successful implementation and ongoing management of a portfolio of digital platforms. The Director will ensure patient centered delivery of effective, quality, digital health care services. He or she is responsible for overall digital health operations, patient experience, employee engagement, budget and financial performance. Performs a variety of leadership duties including participating in strategic planning and implementation, and performance improvement activities impacting digital health operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with executive sponsors, administrative and clinical team leads to ensure program or platform achieves and maintains established goals, such as timely implementation, turnaround and quality of patient care activities, patient and provider experience, and overall program performance.
Responsible for managing program or platform operational expansions, reporting on project progress, and working closely with operational leads to identify and select providers who will participate. Includes capturing and organizing all required provider information needed to successfully bring providers live.
Responsible for operational oversight of digital platform and performance improvement activities including, but not limited to, Welcome, DAX and video visits.
Manages internal and external client/vendor relationships, responsible for effective communication and coordination between all key stakeholders.
Obtains, organizes, and analyzes program or platform information to construct recommendations for improving performance, utilization and user satisfaction/experience.
Manage and respond to user feedback with actionable plans that address operational barriers and or concerns with digital health programs and strategies
Collaborate with finance and analyst team to create, update, and improve reports needed to track key performance indicators
Provide regular detailed program updates and when needed present/report out on program performance and status.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 5 years experience
