General Summary:




Under the general supervision of the Manager of CRM & Digital Marketing, this position supports WellSpan’s growing digital marketing function through website content creation and management, email marketing, paid and organic search, digital display advertising, video and social media. Incumbent will coordinate daily digital marketing operations and tracking.



Duties and Responsibilities:


   1   Develops and maintains written and visual content that supports the organization’s brand, patient acquisition and service utilization objectives.

   2   Creates content and coordinates design, execution and tracking of targeted digital campaigns (e.g., email, SEM, display, email, social media).

   3   Manages daily operations and monthly calendar for WellSpan social media properties (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube) and is an active participant in any plans to expand into other social venues.

   4   Supports manager in developing and executing long-range SEO plans for, including but not limited to keyword research/tracking, on-page optimization, local search optimization, inbound links, etc.

   5   Maintains all digital marketing and CRM dashboards and campaign-specific effectiveness reports.

Required Experience

Minimum Education:               


Bachelor's Degree with demonstrated continuing education in digital marketing




Minimum Experience:           


2- 3 years




Minimum Field Of Expertise:         


Marketing, communications, journalism or new media.  Health care industry is preferred but not required.
