Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the Senior Director-Talent Acquisition, understands, utilizes and maintains recruitment data from various sources. Supports the Talent Acquisition department by managing the intake of requests, production of reports, and responses to internal customers. Prepares and reviews all recruitment data regularly, producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, as well as identifying and tracking change requests for reports.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manages, maintains, and disseminates recruitment related data and information to the WellSpan Health team.
  2. Produces regular updates from recruitment data supplied from the applicant tracking system, candidate sourcing system, external job board systems, benching marking data, and other data sources related to Talent Acquisition and distributes to the appropriate groups as directed.
  3. Provides support and training for current and new users of reporting sites, reports and available resources.
  4. Presents results and findings using written and narrative descriptions, charts, graphs and tables and/or presentation form.
  5. Researches best practices internally and externally, as well as, assists with managing projects around improvement for recruitment initiatives.
  6. Responds to routine and custom data requests from various levels of the organization.
  7. Supports the translation of data into actionable information for WellSpan leaders and staff.
  8. Supports Talent Acquisition improvement efforts by providing comparative and reporting support to all WellSpan leaders.
  9. Provides support through dissemination of Talent Acquisition information, trends and best practices to WellSpan leaders and Human Resources teams to guide Talent Acquisition improvement strategies.
  10. Assists Talent Acquisition and related teams with candidate experience improvement projects and initiatives through tasks including, but not limited to, data collection and basic data analysis.

Qualifications:

 
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 1-3 years related experience
  • Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree
  • Physical Demands:
    • Mostly sedentary work
  • Skills:
    • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and business relationship skills; Excellent communications and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Ability to create and edit charts, graphs and presentations; Must be flexible, adaptable and able to function under pressure; Must possess organizational skills and critical thinking;
