Clinical Manager - Tele Observation 12 hour nights

Clinical Manager – Telemetry / Observation Unit (Tele/Obs)

  • 30-bed Telemetry-Observation Unit providing care to the cardiac, the medical and the surgical patient
  • We use an Interdisciplinary team approach to patient care
  • Short length of stay for most patients
  • EKG, ACLS, and residency classes are provided
  • Individualized orientation program for each new member joining our team

Education - Graduate of a state accredited school of Nursing.  Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or equivalent* required or must achieve within 36 months of hire date.  Applicant must be able to demonstrate continuing education, particularly in area of expertise and leadership.

*Equivalent – a letter from the educational institution stating that the employee has completed the undergraduate portion of their studies.  The employee must stay continuously enrolled in graduate studies until obtaining their MSN.

Experience - Two years acute care experience in area of specialty, prior management and leadership experience preferred.

Certification / Licensure - Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Certification in specialty preferred. 

• CPR certification required for all clinical areas
