Position Function: Supports Nurse Manager by directing and guiding professional and support staff on a single nursing care unit with shift responsibility.  Labor & Delivery, Post Partum; Nursery; NICU

Education:   Graduate of a state accredited school of Nursing.  Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required within 36 months of hire date for individuals hired into the Clinical Manager role after December 1, 2017.  Ability to demonstrate ongoing continuing education, particularly in area of expertise and in leadership.

Experience:   Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required.  Two years of acute care experience in area of specialty, prior management experience and leadership preferred.

Certifications/Licensure:  Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Certification in specialty preferred.  CPR certification required for all clinical areas. NRP required for Perinatal.
