General Summary:
Under the supervision and direction of the pharmacy supervisor/staff pharmacist, fills and/or compounds routine orders for pharmaceuticals and non pharmaceutical items and other related duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Assists appropriate supervisors and pharmacists in all aspects of dispensing of medicinal and non-medicinal items.
2 Assists customers and performs technical duties as required. Make deliveries to customers per job site requirements.
3 Submits, receives and checks in orders from suppliers as needed.
4 Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications.

Required Skills

High School or G.E.D.

National Pharmacy Technician Certification Required

Required Experience

3 - 6 months experience as a Pharmacy Technician
