Position Summary:

 

General Summary:

 

Under general supervision, provides analytical support of a variety of business, enterprise and clinical applications to support the business strategies, strategic vision and goals of the System. Creates, expands and/or modifies healthcare enterprise and subject area implementations as required to support creation and maintenance of decision support systems, executive information systems and clinical support systems. Scope of Influence: Works with Project Coordinator, or Project Manager on specific project tasks.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

   1  Creates and maintains applications in support of enterprise strategies and objectives.

   2  Contributes to healthcare enterprise and subject area implementations and may serve as project leader in some cases.

   3  Assists with defining and modifying applications.

   4  Uses software maintenance and report writing tools as required.

   5  Prepares status reports on tasks assigned.

   6  Understands data structure modeling and applies that knowledge to generate solution for our clients.

   7  Utilizes basic knowledge, skills and ability to provide day-to-day support for assigned applications and customers.

   8  Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

   9  Continuously updates personal information technology skills and knowledge.

10  Performs on-call duties as required.

11  Attends meetings as required.

   

 

 

Required Skills

  

 

Minimum Education  Bachelor's Degree with Science or Technology major

 

Minimum Experience 3 - 5 years, including at least 1 year of experience supporting/programming healthcare applications or technologies. Ideal candidate possess Advanced SQL, C#, VB knowledge, SSIS development, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI reporting abilities.

 

Min Field Of Expertise Computer Science/Information Systems with healthcare data/systems analysis. Must have programming/application development experience.
