WellSpan Philhaven is south central Pennsylvania’s most comprehensive behavioral health organization serving Adams, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties through 54 programs and 20 care locations. Our WellSpan Philhaven Mt. Gretna Campus is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient staff.
About the Practice:
- Part-time position – flexible schedule – opportunity for additional outpatient work if interested in full-time
- Outpatient position providing consults to members of the Old Order Amish & Mennonite communities
- Extensive involvement of family/community members help patients follow treatment recommendations
- 30-minute med checks & 60-minute evaluations allow for the complex nature of this patient population
- The clinic has a unique partnership with the Green Pasture Residence, a hospitality facility run by members of the local Old Order Amish community
- Green Pasture Residence provides housing to individuals receiving outpatient treatment
- The multidisciplinary treatment team is comprised of Psychiatrists, CRNPs, Social Workers & Psychologists
- Regular meetings help the team coordinate treatment, support one another & achieve successful treatment outcomes
