WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Family Medicine team in Lancaster County. The organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 220 care locations, eight hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. WellSpan Health is a team of 20,000 healthcare professionals committed to transforming the health of the communities we serve and educating medicine's next generation of physicians, advanced practice providers and leaders. 

About the Position

  • Exciting opportunity for Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant, to join Family Medicine - Christiana, PA team; Family Medicine, prior Internal Medicine experience preferred
  • Full-time position providing preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute & chronic illnesses for patients of all ages in a rural outpatient setting
  • Practice hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, plus commitment to share Saturday coverage between Providers 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., walk-in appointments available
  • Successful candidate will be independent, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
