WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Oncology & Hematology team in York County. The organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 220 care locations, eight hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. WellSpan Health is a team of 20,000 healthcare professionals committed to transforming the health of the communities we serve and educating medicine's next generation of physicians, advanced practice providers and leaders. 

About the Position

  • Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join Cancer team; Oncology & Hematology experience preferred
  • Full-time 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday position plus 1:5 or 1:6 on-call responsibilities providing direct patient care in a combined outpatient and inpatient hospital setting
  • Responsible for 9-10 patients per day, infusion room oversight, and in-basket assistance for physicians
  • Support approximately 60% Hematology, 40% Oncology patients 18+ years
