Outpatient Cardiology - Heart Failure

WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Cardiology team in Lebanon County. The organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 220 care locations, eight hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. WellSpan Health is a team of 20,000 healthcare professionals committed to transforming the health of the communities we serve and educating medicine's next generation of physicians, advanced practice providers and leaders. 

About the Position

  • Full-time position for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with heart failure/cardiology experience
  • Outpatient only – assessing and coordinating the educational and psychosocial needs of the patient and family
  • Join a growing Cardiology practice with 11 physicians and eight APPs
  • M-F 8am-5pm schedule no call, evenings, or weekends
